Our current govt is not the govt of the American people, but the Global community. When Obama talks about spreading the wealth around, he is not talking giving that money to Amearicans, but other countries.
He has forbid US companies from drilling in the gulf, putting 28,000 Americans out of work because he said it is dangerous for the environment., At the same time gave Mexico $2 million to drill in the same waters. Why? Global redistribution of wealth.
You do realize that the appellate panel of the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals rejected the drilling moratorium, so I’m not sure why you say that it has put people out of work. There hasn’t been a suspension of drilling.
